My family really enjoyed our spring break vacation at the Cali Bea. A relaxing and nice break from Illinois! The Cali Bea was beautiful and so nice and clean to walk into. Just like the pictures and even nicer in person. The porches were a great place to enjoy morning coffee especially on the swing. There’s a water fountain near by you can hear. The area was equally as nice and a joy to take my morning walk. Everyone there was very friendly. And of course my boys loved the large tv so they could watch March Madness and their beloved Illini.
The pool area is very nice and it was a perk being so close to Publix and coffee at the ice creamery. It was our first time visiting Seaside. We loved it and will be back. So much to do. The golf cart was perfect for getting around - going to the beach, the shops at Seaside, and restaurants.
Craig was great and always very helpful and responsive.
I’m so glad we found the Cali Bea! We’ll be back! 😄

This Airbnb has to be my favorite so far. The location of the cabin is not far up in the mountains so the drive was amazing. Everything was within 25 min from where we were. The cabin itself was beautiful. It was perfect for our group of 6 adults but would be great for a family as-well. The hosts were easy to contact and extremely helpful. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking to go to smokies.

My husband and I always go to the Smokies for our anniversary and we have been trying for 7 years to find that perfect cabin and think we finally found it. We will be back

We had a sisters only weekend and it was great. The cabin was peaceful and the setting was beautiful. The cabin was furnished with extras of everything such as bath tissue, soaps, bath products, paper towels. The place was immaculate. It was perfect for three sisters who had their own king size bed and attached bathrooms. Thanks again to Craig for a wonderful experience.

Our family of 7 adults enjoyed a week long stay at the beautiful and spotless Cali Bea.
The home is well appointed, spacious, comfortable, lovely and squeaky clean. The neighborhood is private, easy to navigate, and has a great walking path, pool and hot tub, and close to grocery store and restaurants. Easy access to downtown Seaside and beach via bikes and golf cart, and you can also drive but parking is tricky in Seaside. We watched the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the second story screened porch at the home - so fun!
Craig is very responsive, and there is a thoughtful printed guide in the home and also available as an app. Super clear instructions for entry, bike locks, path to beach - everything is anticipated and helpfully explained.
To top it off, the check out to-do list is very light which we appreciate so much!

Great place, spacious and welcoming. Was a fun and cozy cabin to spend Christmas with our family in. Craig also had a Christmas tree and decorations set-up which added a special “like home” atmosphere. Everything you need or want to do in Pigeon Forge is under 15 mins by car and Dollywood is literally 5 mins from front door to the parking lot. We will be booking here again the next time we visit the area.

An absolutely gem of a home in a quiet, cozy community that is very close to the beach. Everything was top notch and as described. Craig was also fantastic at clear communication leading up to the visit. We couldn't have been happier with all the amenities the home provided. We had a great fall break at the beach!

We had a great stay at Cali Bea! Everything was just as described in the listing. The bikes, golf cart, and beach chairs were a great bonus. The neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful. We took many bike rides throughout the week and walks every morning. We also enjoyed the large pool area as well as the hot tub. Having a Publix, ice cream shop and pizza just a short golf cart ride away were an added bonus. We enjoyed Watercolor and Seaside as well as a couple of restaurants in Blue Mountain Beach. Craig provided a great book with recommendations for the area which was a great added touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this house!

this was by far my favorite beach house that i’ve stayed at in the 30A area. the house was beautiful, modern, and super close to everything. craig was an amazing host with a quick response time as well. i could not recommend this home enough!!!
