Wonderful spot for a gathering with our extended family! Nice mountain views, and quiet without traffic given the location within the resort. The unexpected bonus was the perfect view of the Dollywood drone and firework show from the top balcony each night!

We had a wonderful stay at Craig’s place. We loved the layout of one king room downstairs and the rest of the rooms upstairs. The area the house is in is quiet & beautiful, away from the hustle and bustle of Seaside & 30A. We loved using the golf cart as our main mode of transportation while there and the bikes were a definite plus as well. The house was beautifully decorated and well appointed. We loved swinging on the screened in porch at night. All in all it was a wonderful stay and we would absolutely book again.

Beautiful place, with even better surroundings! Definitely had no regrets staying here. There was everything I needed in the kitchen, items for beach, and golf cart. Only small complaint we had was the master bedroom was very uncomfortable for us. Felt very safe during stay and the area was quiet. Neighborhood pool was amazing also. This home is perfect for the 30a area. Home offers great privacy from the busy areas while only still 10 minutes from the beach.

I can not recommend this cabin more highly for a trip to Dollywood! The cabin is clean, spacious, and has everything you could need for the whole family. Our group was my wife, three kids, my parents, and I and everyone had plenty of space, the beds are huge and very comfortable, and enough bathrooms for everyone to be getting ready at the same time. If you are headed into the area for a trip to Dollywood it's right outside the gates, or if you're just getting away to enjoy the mountains the resort is perfect. The hot tub is great for relaxing after miles of walking in the park and the kids loved the indoor pool. Craig was a perfect host and communicated everything we needed to know before and during the stay.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Great location !!! Perfect spot to be in feels like something out of Pinterest with all the chalets to overlook at night - it also snowed while there! Looks just like photos and Craig is very responsive and helpful! I would highly recommend this location and home for your stay! Great experience and lots to do! 5 min from Dollywood - 30 min from ober gatlinburg or strip and stores restaurants are near by!

I picked Craig’s cabin for our traditional Christmas family weekend getaway! It did not disappoint! Super friendly host, always responding within minutes of sending a message. The place was even better than I expected. Super nice. We saw 4 coons in a tree at night right outside the cabin from the balcony. And a ton of squirrels playing the next morning. We enjoyed the arcade games, pool table, and hot tub. The beds are pretty firm, 2 of the 3 bedrooms having their own jacuzzi tub.. all 3 bedrooms having their own private full bathroom. Plus an extra one by the pool table. The only thing I would say that o wish was different, would simply be that I wish it would have had a Christmas tree and maybe some garland in the fireplace. Just to give it a Christmasy feel …. being in December… but that’s a minor thing. The cabin itself more than made up for that one minor thing. We will definitely be returning to this particular cabin! We absolutely loved it and recommend it 💯 %

Such a beautiful home with everything you need and more! Beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture, charming cozy porches perfect for morning coffee, an afternoon nap or relaxing and reading. And for kids, it was so nice to have a pack-n-play, high chair, kitchen helper stool, stroller and bike buggy, as well as toys and games. One of the family favorites was the use of the golf cart and bikes - definitely a special memory for the kids and adults too! We loved taking the golf cart to the beach, to the village for dinner and to the local grocery area for ice cream. We were a family of 7 ranging from grandparents to a two year old and this was the perfect home and area for a wonderful week. Thank you Craig!

Great location! If you’re going to Dollywood but want a quiet place outside of the craziness of Pigeon Forge, this is the place for you. Craig was a responsive host and very proactive with letting us know of anything which might impact our stay.

Had a great stay here. Cabin was perfect and exactly what we wanted. Easy to get to and not to far from everything. Would definitely staying here for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful peaceful stay. Cabin was very cozy and perfect for just us two. Bummed we didn get to see the bears..lol but once we got used to the area everything was great. Would definitely recommend.
