Very responsive host!!! Checked in multiple times throughout the trip and provided clear instructions which was great!! I had no complaints or problems with this visit at all. Would definitely recommend!!!
I really enjoyed the cabin experience and still being super close to all the attractions.

What a beautiful home and amazing hosts. We had a great time! Everything was just perfect ☺️ We used the golf cart and bikes instead of a car, and the kids and grandparents loved it! Such a family-friendly home.

Wonderful spot for a gathering with our extended family! Nice mountain views, and quiet without traffic given the location within the resort. The unexpected bonus was the perfect view of the Dollywood drone and firework show from the top balcony each night!

We had a wonderful stay at Craig’s place. We loved the layout of one king room downstairs and the rest of the rooms upstairs. The area the house is in is quiet & beautiful, away from the hustle and bustle of Seaside & 30A. We loved using the golf cart as our main mode of transportation while there and the bikes were a definite plus as well. The house was beautifully decorated and well appointed. We loved swinging on the screened in porch at night. All in all it was a wonderful stay and we would absolutely book again.

Beautiful place, with even better surroundings! Definitely had no regrets staying here. There was everything I needed in the kitchen, items for beach, and golf cart. Only small complaint we had was the master bedroom was very uncomfortable for us. Felt very safe during stay and the area was quiet. Neighborhood pool was amazing also. This home is perfect for the 30a area. Home offers great privacy from the busy areas while only still 10 minutes from the beach.

Such a beautiful home with everything you need and more! Beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture, charming cozy porches perfect for morning coffee, an afternoon nap or relaxing and reading. And for kids, it was so nice to have a pack-n-play, high chair, kitchen helper stool, stroller and bike buggy, as well as toys and games. One of the family favorites was the use of the golf cart and bikes - definitely a special memory for the kids and adults too! We loved taking the golf cart to the beach, to the village for dinner and to the local grocery area for ice cream. We were a family of 7 ranging from grandparents to a two year old and this was the perfect home and area for a wonderful week. Thank you Craig!

My family & I absolutely loved staying here! We got a lot of use out of the golf kart, we rode it to dinner almost every night, took it to the beach/pool and cruised around a lot during our stay! The house was beautiful and the perfect size for our family of 6, we all had plenty of room! Craig was extremely helpful and quick to respond for the few things we did have questions on! This is a great location if you are wanting to be close to Seaside! My favorite spot of the house was the bed swing located on the top porch - so peaceful & relaxing! We cannot say enough good things about the host & the house! 😊

This place was absolutely stunning. The pictures posted don’t do it justice. The house was spotless when we arrived. I love the decor. Craig was responsive and took care of issues almost immediately. He followed up and checked in on us. I can’t wait to go back to Florida and book this same place. I originally booked this place for our family of 6 but my older son wasn’t able to make. I offered our twins the option of each having their own bedroom but they were so in love with the bunk bed bedroom that they refused. The swing in the upstairs balcony was a dream! I can’t say enough good things about the house, the community and the host. I cant wait to go back. My one and only complaint had nothing to do with Craig or his place, it was the speed bumps that are absolutely brutal when trying to go over them with the gulf cart.
